How can i get rid of my zit ASAP?

i have a huge zit,


im going out this Friday, i need it gone!


i was told a hot cloth + rubbing alcohol,


and Colgate WHITE toothpaste every night to dry it out.


If you think these are good/bad help me out, or if you know any other ways.How can i get rid of my zit ASAP?
try neosporin it helps get rid of the tenderness... and i had a HUGE one on my nose and i used neosporin. and it was gone in 3 days!
