im not sure, but dont do it, it might prove dangerous, n it gonna rilli be painfull if u do it. just wipe that zip with tissue n just leave it, dont mess with it.
Nah. Doesnt work.
Wash it with salty warmish water and that'll clean the pus and crap out, then leave it be.
