if it has a head then compress it with a warm damp towel.
then take 2 q-tips and press down around it. don't squeeze it directly just go to the sides of it and kind of press down and in.
then once it has popped put rubbing alcohol on it. and then it will be fine the next day.
oh and before all this WASH YOUR HANDS.
Use spot treatment like Clean and Clear advantage spot treatment or Proactive refining mask.
