Is there any zit removal remedy that acts quickly?

I have a nasty red zit on my chick and it pokes out!!!!! HELLLPP!!!!Is there any zit removal remedy that acts quickly?
ok. here's what you have to do.


First, put some ice on it. This hurts really bad but about a minute in, you stop feeling it. when your done, let it dry and it will obviously be red from the ice and your skin will be super cold. when it gets back to normal, put eye drops- yes, like redness reducing eye drops. I do this to mine and i'd come to the conclusion after many many uses (and having success with the redness almost completely going away) that if it hasn't surfaced yet, it will probably do that in the next two days. For some reason it speeds it up. But keep it up with the ice like every morning and night. Don't do the ice like 10 minutes before you leave for anywhere though.. B/c it's pretty red, like your nose gets when you go out in the cold for example.Is there any zit removal remedy that acts quickly?
rinse it with alcohol then poke it with a sterile sharp object then pour peroxide on it squeeze it then more peroxide you need to do it in this way to avoide scaring it will hurt but no more then it would if you poped it with the head
