If its just red and doesnt have a white head just put some rubbing alcohol on it to dry it out. If it is white then boil some water and put a hot conpress to it. As hot as you can handle. When is is soft and ready to pop wrap your two index figures and pop it. When all the white stuff is out leave it alone dont make it bleed a lot it will scar. Then rub some witch hazel or some type of astringent over it. Try not to put make up or lotion over it cause the fresh air is the best for it.

Don't touch it or try to pop it! That definitely makes it worse! Don't out any make-up or anything on it either because that will ';suffocate'; it. It clogs that pore even more. Let it breathe and let it stay there. That may seem ';painful'; because you want it to go away asap but trust me you won't have to deal with it longer this way. Also, in the morning and before you go to bed after you wash your face apply Clean %26amp; Clear Maximum Strength Persa-Gel 10. Been using this for about 2 yrs and it has worked miracles!! One quick way is to wet a cotton ball, put some salt on it, and rub it over the zit. It may not completely go away but it should help.
well i suggest you use some blue star ointment. that is wat i used when i had a zit and it started to clear away in atleast 2 to three days.
boiling water hold it on there on a cotton Wool pad. it takes down the swelling and redness:)
