How to prevent and get rid of zits, and get rid of scars from them?

I never in my life have had a zit, barely even any pimples until a couple weeks ago i got one on my chin.. all my friends told me i should pop it because i was going out that night so i did, but now (a couple weeks later) i have a little purple dot like a bruise or something where it used to be, like a scar or somehting. So my first question is if that is permanant??


Also this morning i woke up with another zit almost beside where the first one was!!! Is there anything i can do to hide it or get rid of it without leaving a scar? also, what do i do to prevent them? I always wash my face in the morning, I use clean %26amp;clear microbead cleanser in the shower.. what else should i be doing?How to prevent and get rid of zits, and get rid of scars from them?
if you pop and pick at them....and can actually spread to another area on your face. So more than likely when you messed with the first one, the bacteria spread and thats why you woke up with the 2nd one so close to the other. I know its hard but try your hardest not to mess with it. But if you cant help it....wrap your finger tips with toilet paper or tissue....that way your not using your bare fingers and have a less likely chance of spreading it! They have cheap...great...acne spot treatments at walmart or wherever you decide to go. with a spot treatment, you jsut place it right on the zit or pimple and its gone within 1-2 days!
