yeah i dont nessassarily think i have bad zits but everyone else seems to think so
so ive given in and going to try some sort of facial scrub to ';cure'; it (i used the '; '; cos i dont think they work at all)
anyway if anyone uses a cream, scrub, wash that works for them can they tell me
thanks
o and btw its not a diet related problem i have a very good diet so dont bother saying '; lay off the fatty foods and drink more water';
cos i drink about 10 bottles of water a day, and eat more fruits and vegetables than a goat
i also take zinc tablets and vitamin C pills as well
so it aint diet related =]Any recommendations for mild case of the zits?
proactiv is good =)
clearasil ultra
garnier pure
yes they are women products but they work!!
or go to your doctor and see what they can reccomend..Any recommendations for mild case of the zits?
wash your face and don't eat a lot of oily or fatty foods and get plenty of vitamin E
Milk of Magnesia. That's the brand name but the generic version works just as well. Cleanse your face, and dab a small amount on the offending area with a cotton ball or swab. Let it dry completely and then wash off with a warm washcloth. No squeezing or picking.
wash your face twice a day
if it's not age related, you may find silica tablets helpful, they purify the blood and are good for reducing bumps and spots very quickly. plus overnight, you can put a dab of toothpaste on.
You are probably breaking out because you sweat..
When i played softball i broke out all the time especially after sweating...
so try to wash your face after sweating it should fix your problem...
I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub.. It might work for you as it does for me..
Hope I could help... =]
TCP is a wonder liquid i think its available from the chemist or whatever.
my grandad used to use it for EVERYTHING and yeah it smells strong and not too pleasant but put a little onto cotton wool and dab on spots and it is a miracle worker-infact youve just reminded me i need to get some more :D
