Q:::I have a whole bunch of zits! I want them gone.. soon. Please help me.. =[?

I would prefer natural things, but anything that you have to buy would mayeb be okay too.

I'm already using Vichy and Clearasil. But those 2 havent worked for me.

so I;m trying to think of face masks, or cream-like things, or stuff i can use to help get rid of them..

My zits arent THAT bad, but they are noticable. They are about moderate. . .

Please help! Thanks. ANYTHING is good!

Best answer goes to the person who has the most natural remedies! Thanks so much!Q:::I have a whole bunch of zits! I want them gone.. soon. Please help me.. =[?
You looking for natural? Here ya go:

1) Oatmeal face mask: Take a bowl, some dry oatmeal, and put warm water inside of the bowl and mix it with the oatmeal. Put it on your face and keep it there until it gets dry. It works great!!!

2) Lemon juice on some spots works pretty good!

3) Vinegar can help.

4) Water!!! WATER, WATER, WATER, WATER!!!! Drink tons of it!! It helps!!

OK... now also consider talking to a dermatologist. Dermatologists are hard to get ahold of, so talking to any health care professional will work just as well. They can prescribe something for you. In the meantime, try picking up a product called Cetaphil. It is a very mild bar soap, but it works really great on pimples!! My dermatologist recommended it to me and it's great!

Good luck!Q:::I have a whole bunch of zits! I want them gone.. soon. Please help me.. =[?
I tried both of those too. I tried pretty much everything you can try at the drugstor or the Body Shop. Most of those cleansers are very harsh and damage the surface of your skin making it easier for Bacteria to get in. I have been using Spectrojel now for 3or 4 years and I LOVE it. It's the best and cheapest thing I've ever used. Its very gentle, it reduces the redness and makes you skin soft. I also use Spectro Acnecare vanishing lotion for sensitive skin (with 2.5% Benzyle Peroxide). I would reccomend this to anyone without sever acne. Also, check out acne.org for more info on how to take care of your skin and use Benzyle Peroxide.

few key points: Dont ever touch, scratch or scrub your skin. Avoid foods with a high gycemic index like chocolate, potatoes, and white bread.

Well i would suggest to put toothpaste on your bumps overnight. or honey and but band aids over them.

you bumps will practically be gone !

but if you have had acne for a while and have done everything you could then this may just be hormonal, which means you may suggest to get on birth control..

i know it sounds crazy but my sister had acne really bad for two years and got on the pill and her face cleared up within 2 weeks and has never had a bump since.
The sun! Exposing your face to the sun (don't burn your face) helps your skin because the sun is a natural source for vitamin D which will help your skin, it worked for me. Also, do use a cleanser to wash the oil away from your pores
